Big decisions and a house sale in Portugal

A fantastic 6 bedroom manor house for sale with pool and approx 5000m2 land with olive and fig trees and 2 wells

Hi

It has been a long time since I have blogged and to be honest so much has happened I wouldn’t know where to begin.

So it may be easier to start at the end.

The house is completely renovated and looks even better than we could have imagined, but, as with many things, life changes.

And one of those changes is that we have decided to sell, this was a really difficult decision as we are in love with the area and have the most amazing neighbours and friends here in Fungalvaz, and the house has become our dream home.

But it is time for us to move on to pastures new (obviously staying here in Portugal, I don’t think we could ever leave now).

So for now, we will share the photos of our beautiful home and if you would like any more details, just leave me a comment.

Maybe you will be the person to own a 6 bedroom manor house with pool, barn and approx 5000m2 land, whilst living in a village with a restaurant, 2 bars, a hairdresser and beautician, a mini market and a train station (where you can easily access Lisbon or Porto).

We are in a small village but close to Tomar and Torres Novas.

I will do a full sale post with all the details this week.

Stay safe everybody x

The property is currently configured as a 4 bed villa with 2 bathrooms, terrace and a private walled garden.

Via external stairs and a separate entrance you have a fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment.

To the side of the house is a large patio area leading to a large barn with seating area underneath.

The land is approx 5000 m2 with a 8m x 5m pool, seating area, BBQ area and old bread oven.

There are a large amount of fig and olive trees, both producing good fruit.

There are 2 wells on the land.

  6. Hi,
Well i’m shocked with your decision, but of course it’s your call. After all that work, just to see you go is sad.
How much will you ask for the house and terrain?
Hope that you and John are doing fine (healthy i mean :))
    Kind regards and best wishes,
